Maybe I Miss You EP

Here is an EP of the best out takes from my recordings during August through the end of November 2008 that produced my record titled "Her House Was Haunted." These are some tracks that were I really enjoyed but hurt the flow of the final record and I ended up cutting from it. There were easily a dozen tracks remaining that we're either unfinished at the time of my hard drive failing and me loosing the project files and some that I just didn't feel were ready yet.

"Her House Was Haunted" is much different than this EP would have you believe and focuses on strong melodies rather than danceability. I would label the record as folktronic and glitch. While I am still waiting for the artwork for the record, it is completely finished and I am taking a break from making music and shifting gears as I work on several film projects.

Noise/Trash EP

I'm 95% finished with a new record(an hour of music made after Version for Maddie) and happened upon some older tracks that I had made but never released. They are a bit sketchy but I found them rather enjoyable. They are offshoots of the Portlanded album I never released but took tracks from to form the Arctica(or You Just Have to Exist) record. Noisy and silly, I hope you enjoy these older tracks.

I'm really excited about the new record, the album artwork is being created by a fantastic artist and I think the songs are an improvement over Version for Maddie in depth and I was even brave(or foolish?) enough to sing out loud and clear vocals in two of the tracks...

...and then I realize my day is not going that badly...

A Bad Day...

My Macbook is no more...the hard drive went capoot...alas, I will put up an EP of the already finished songs for your enjoyment while I wait for a solution to present itself...The unfinished songs will not be finished but perhaps the replacements will end up even better...but my next post will be a lengthy EP...
